Services and certain features may be limited to Malaysia (MY). Some cloud services or integrations may not be available outside supported jurisdictions.
Account terms

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and current. Scenario: an out‑of‑date address may affect service technician dispatch times; update contact details before scheduling visits.

Service description

User rules and acceptable use

- Cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting requests from authorized BersihNowBot technicians during support cases.
User content
User content includes account profile info, saved home layouts, custom cleaning schedules, and any feedback submitted to BersihNowBot.
You retain ownership of your user content. Example: custom cleaning maps you upload remain your property; you grant necessary rights to operate services.
By using the service you grant BersihNowBot a non-exclusive license to process and store user content as necessary to provide and improve services, including anonymized analytics.
Users are responsible for content accuracy and lawfulness. Example: do not upload content that violates third‑party rights or local regulations.
You can request removal of user content; removal requests are processed following verification and may not apply to backups or aggregated anonymized records used for analytics.
Intellectual property
All BersihNowBot activity, software, and documentation are our intellectual property. User feedback may be used to enhance products; example contributions used in product development will be handled in accordance with this policy.

Paid services and subscriptions

Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers. You must provide valid payment details and authorize recurring charges where applicable.

Third‑party services
Third‑party integrations (cloud hosts, payment processors, voice assistants) are provided under separate terms. We provide instructions and case examples for safe setup and how data flows between services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for breaches, legal reasons, or discontinued features. Example: persistent abuse or fraud triggers account closure procedures with documented steps for data retrieval where possible.
